It’s a creative play on the words “THE” and “CURE”, we wanted to find a cure for the disconnect between people of color and the beauty space in the Middle East

All orders above AED 300 in the UAE are eligible for free shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account. You may check out as a guest, however we will still require your contact details for delivery.
Where can I view the status of my order?
We want you to be able to follow the status of your KUR goodies. We will send order updates to your email,when your order is placed, processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to view the delivery status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all then please reach out to us as soon as you can via customercare@thekur.com.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order is yet to be processed by our Fulfillment Team, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact customer care at customercare@thekur.com. We are available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM – 7 PM (GST) to assist you.
Can I add or remove items from my order?
Once your order is placed, we are not able to modify it.

Can I change the address on my order?
It may be possible to change the delivery address, if your order is not yet processed by our Fulfillment Team. Please contact customer care at customercare@thekur.com . We are available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM – 7 PM (GST) to assist you.
I accidentally purchased the wrong item, can I get a refund?
We understand it happens! You can always cancel your order anytime before your order is processed for a full refund. Refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on your payment method. Please note, once the item has been shipped, we cannot revert the transaction.

How can I change the currency I am shopping in?
Our website currently supports AED, SAR, KWD, BHD and OMR. To change your currency or county, click on the Globe Icon on the top left of the menu header and select your preferred country. This will automatically change the currency to the selected country as well.

When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We process our payments through Stripe and accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. You can also opt for interest free payment plans with Tabby.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
What is Tabby?
Tabby is a payment platform that enables you to make purchases and pay for them in 4 interest-free payments.
How do I use Tabby?
At the checkout choose Tabby as your preferred payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Tabby and provide payment details. While returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.
How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, you will be notified by email and SMS when your next payment is due. You can also see all your upcoming due payments within your Tabby account.
When will my items be delivered if I use Tabby?
Tabby orders are delivered with our standard shipping time frame once the order has been placed.
